The thing is when you begin to switch your mind to focus on your breathing something deep within your brain shifts.. you start to awaken the most intelligent part of your mind.. your Neo cortex, buried deep in the back of your brain.
As you improve and become more in control of your breathing and body movement’s something else in your brain starts to shift. The Neo cortex will offer up a deep feeling of relaxation, your breathing becomes less effort, and your thinking brain, your frontal cortex will switch off.
This is when change happens. Your brain is responsive to any information you give it in this state of relaxation. Your postural alignment is super indexed, your pelvic floor is super engaged, your brain is recording all the refined movement’s your making now. Change is happening on a neural level.
